At Lulatail, we believe that something made just for you should start with care, intention, and clarity. Here’s how your custom portrait comes to life, one soft step at a time:

① Place Your Order 

To reserve your spot in our studio schedule, we ask for a non-refundable deposit of 50% at the time of booking.
This allows us to begin sourcing materials and preparing your unique portrait with the focus it deserves.

We accept a limited number of orders each month to ensure quality.

② Share Your Pet's Story

Once your order is confirmed, we’ll reach out to you via email (from hello@lulatail.com) to collect your pet’s photo(s), name, and any personal details you’d like us to know.

This is where the story begins — we listen with care because every little expression matters.

③ We Begin Crafting

Your portrait is entirely handmade from scratch.
No molds. No shortcuts. Just wool, time, and a deep understanding of form and feeling.

Depending on the complexity, this process takes 2–4 months.

④ Final Payment & Delivery

When your piece is almost ready, we’ll send you a photo preview and a secure link to complete the remaining 50% payment.

Once the balance is received, we carefully package your portrait and ship it to you with love — ready to be unwrapped, remembered, and cherished.
