All Lulatail pieces are handmade to order and shipped from our studio in Beijing, China.
We offer worldwide shipping with international tracking.

Processing Time

Please note that our items are not mass-produced. Each Lulatail piece is custom-crafted from scratch and requires thoughtful time to create.

Turnaround time: 8–12 weeks (2–3 months)
This includes design, sculpting, felting, detailing, and preparation for safe packaging.

Estimated delivery time: 10–15 business days after dispatch

Please be aware that customs clearance, weather, or other local logistics issues may occasionally cause delays.

Expedited Shipping
Available for select regions at an additional cost
Estimated delivery: within 7 business days after dispatch

Lost Shipments
